Customer Care
We love and appreciate our customers and as such attempt to process all orders as soon as they are received however, since we are a two person operation, please allow 1-3 business days to process, package and ship your order. Please keep in mind that postal delays do occur and are unfortunately out of our control, allow extra time during holiday season(s) for receipt. Additional delaying factors may include natural disasters, and distance, which we are not responsible for. All orders are insured.
In the event you do not receive your package or for other questions or concerns, please reach out by email at: spiritofcukson@gmail.com. We try to reply to all emails within 2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST and may not include federally recognized holidays.
