Shipping Policy

Where do we ship? 

At this time we only ship orders nationwide, time of arrivals will vary depending on varying locations. 

When will I get my package?

We attempt to process all orders as soon as they are received, please allow 1-3 business days to process and package your order. Please keep in mind that postal delays do occur and are unfortunately out of our control, allow extra time during holiday season(s) for receipt. Additional delaying factors may include natural disasters, and distance, which we are not responsible for. All orders are insured.

In the event you do not receive your package, please reach out by email at: spiritofcukson@gmail.com. We try to reply to all emails within 2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST.

Return & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to securely package our artwork to ensure that they are received in beautiful condition! In the event that pieces are received damaged, please contact us at: spiritofcukson@gmail.com. Photographic evidence or video is greatly appreciated and may be required depending on circumstances.  Returns are accepted up to  30 days from date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued where applicable. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for credits to be fully processed by our card merchant and received/posted by your financial institution.
